People have to take a legal stand for their proper ballot box sovereignty. The media will not offer democracy. "Justice is never won, it must be exacted" is true enough.

If people think they can watch injustice, and expect people to rule when the media offered ONLY incubments and sneered at the proper honest debate due, then those of who voted against the two parties, know we tried, but the majority should stand up and join the demand for change and pull the rug of lies out from under the media corrupt tyranny and demand justice to belong at the ballot box as an informed choice by an informed majority. DEBATES of SIX who were on the ballot in a majority of states and full presentation of their challenge, REQUIRED for valid elections.

IF the people are aware that there is the Tenth Amendment for them to take back the power to declare when an election is not democracy, and demand the results as uninformed due to media control and refusal to present the facts and objective truth, the people can force the right behavior, by saying WHAT is REQUIRED. SIX not TWO as the honest contest and force honest results.

The media will not do it voluntarily, but rob them of their villains trophy for a "President Elect" who was "unchallenged" in public and nationally. The media has no conscience showing. It was intentional insult to the nation, to Nader, and to the other three Presidential Candidates who had every reason to believe they offered serious competition to the two incumbents who offered RED INK CORRUPT ILLEGAL POLICY FOR INCREASED WAR NOT FEASIBLE, but oh yes, they would "do it" and were up front about it -- most people do not even know the status of the red ink and that Obama said he wants to invade Afhaganistan on his website and in a taped speech still there. The media knows they are liars and hype and offensive against truth of contest DUE and OVERDUE. It is heinous, not just shameful. "Mainstream Media" is not the majority. But the majority was UNINFORMED.

I have suggested the legal recourse for demanding a new election and voiding this election (the third in a row that was two party railroading against the proper view due for proper democracy for the people and to refuse commercial corrupt media unconscionable behavior that can be challenged if the people void the election using this amendment) -- The Tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution says any powers that are not specified in the Articles shall belong to the people or the states.

Certainly when the incumbent party's show agenda tyranny against the true hope, peace, and change as REAL for the people, it is up to the people to demand the full slate to have the proper PEOPLE's choice as the contest winner where the incumbents are required to face their challengers before the nation, nationally.

(these two paragraphs were the ending of my letter to the editor of the la times on January 20th)

I voted for Nader but most believed the lies about the "best" cannot win and cynicism is reality. It is not reality, it is illegal and corruption forced against the change due.

Today, January 20th, I am requesting my state officials to consider the potential success of a 50 state review of the election fraud of incumbents only provided as the real choices for voters when there were SIX not TWO: Baldwin, Barr, McCain, McKinney, Nader, and Obama. It is the people's right to have the real debate of SIX where the incumbents have to answer the challengers and the people decide who should be the winner with the real change for people agenda on track!

L.A. Times January 20th 2009 (likely not published, but was submitted)

Obama is the result of two party corrupt railroading of an election where the media told the public there were only two incumbents both "good" according to the media, and they hyped the evaded the truth about the two and the four challengers. In a valid democracy the incumbents must face a challenge tendered and it was tendered. The public contest was due. Election fraud caused lies to take hold and the public allowed corruption against the proper change needed and wanted to net the majority rule and people's power due.

People can request a new election of the states opinion of the fraud results are not democracy for the constitutional rule by an informed majority to vote real change.

This chart analysis when you check the graph icon enlarged, shows the number 5 on the list of "most important" as the question of including third parties in the debates. This is a misleading impression, I believe it is not an "option" up to the media! It is refusal of democracy, incumbents only and chosen by the media is offense against the people, especially when the media is biased and divides the country into two parties completely not just in elections, but everything they report. So, I am posting now, to add background protest that I have written to some media outlets as letters to the editor, the one I am posting here, shows when I sent it via email, I believed appropriately as protest at the question of Obama as the ONLY choice allowed by the media to put Bush out of office and it was NOT, it was incumbency continued, and gleefully by the media. They are unreal and heinous, in my opinion, and I am adamant. I decided to let this audience have my view of the current issue of debates DUE for democracy as VALID versus INVALID. Railroaded elections of no choice but the media's to me is obviously entirely invalid.

TruthDig online news shows continued media bias as if military is wanted instead of peace and safety. News Brief noted today, click on their "Editor's Pick" and you will find the news...the U.S. is number one in sales of weapons worldwide. This is shameful of the U.S. and the world. Obama is seeking to increase the offense against peace and law.

But, the media wants the military horrors as if WE do, and We do NOT! Obama is an incumbent horror and on January 20th, when he takes oath of office, he will be a pre-announced liar/hypocrit, he has no intentions of upholding the U.S. Constitution and the DEFINED LEGAL DUTY BOUND DEMOCRATIC REQUIRED DUTIES, to deliver leadership ON TRACK for a Constitutional Government. Hypocrit Oath Jan. 20th by Obama. Lying about upholding the Constitution. He is breaking the law now, in advance.

He wants to increase military budget which is WAY OFF track (HUGE RED INK), and NADER said so, and OBAMA offered his heinous UNCONSTITUTIONAL platforms out loud, in public speeches, and the media loved Obama and refused any challenge by Nader or others. I hated Obama and the media and the voters for allowing it. Utterly hated Obama for his stated intentions, out of line, unconsitutional entirely. So now there will be a HYPOCRIT OATH on January 20th. Unless the media is sued for the lack of proper candidate presentation for DEMOCRACY to happen. SIX not TWO were due. Nader would certainly tell Obama his wars are not his pre-rogative.

The media continues the usurption of the U.S. Constitution and the freedom and democracy it provides, celebrating infamy instead of justice. Obama is an INCUMBENT and was not the remedy to the need for an agenda change for PEACE. 89% said we are "off track" as a nation when the Washington Post interviewed Independents and polled them with railroaded questions, but that one question, I believe was a valid result. With only the two choices offered, they said "off track" or "on track" 89% said "off track." But the Post tried to offer a poll focused on military as if that is the proper view. Proper governing one's own country is NOT military it is upholding the U.S. Constitution and offering peace and prosperity as a given. That poll offered the Independents ONLY two choices, both INCUMBENTS both the CORRUPT TWO PARTYS and both endorsing the military horrors that the questions pretended to offer as the problems necessary to solve. No, the solving is to end the bad policy and off track, and Nader had offered it. Budget in the black and priorities on track. No red ink.

Moving past healthcare, if Obama says "peace" and "change" is he in danger of becoming that? No, he is talking war and increasing military and doing exactly what he saw Bush do, calling war peace, when certainly it is not, and there is no money for it. Nor a public behind it. But, the media? Of course. They report in their way of slanting continued unending war as if that is U.S. proper policy unable to be interrupted by a REAL DEMOCRACY with a national protest vote for Peace, and a budget for proper policy ON TRACK. To get democracy, do you think suing all the maintstream media because there is no danger of Obama becoming Nader, not at all, and no change is sight, bailouts, illegal budget excesses and offensive policy not wanted, this is what Obama offered, and as an incumbent, should not surprise anyone-suing the media for SIX were due for Democracy to happen, is it worth the fixing the no danger of change unless we get the right candidate who means what he says, voted for by the public?
