Yep, my inside connection says he is gone for good. Just no formal announcement yet. He says everyone in the top echelon liked him as a 'person' but he was too far out there and cut his own throat when all the bruhaha started.

I must be thinking of another winger on the court..I had no idea he authored that many decisions.

That they call the Big Pharma decision 'free speech' just boggles my mind. For me, its a friggin stretch.

Jones isn't perfect, and he has a past that was quite active in the 'movement'. I will readily admit that. But he is a grownup now, and matured..so he has changed some of his beliefs..where is the harm in that? We all change when we turn the corner into adulthood. We all say and do things as young men and women that we regret later..its a no-brainer.

Thank you for the lying by omission comment. For me, that is the crux of the problem w/Faux and their pundits.

I wouldn't classify anything Becky says as mild Craig. He is into the whole dramatic speechifying bullshit every night, without fail. You would think he was going for an Academy Award most times when he does one of his soliloquy's.

When Van Jones is at a speaking engagement, say.. like a rally..one would expect him to be forceful and descriptive..at least I would.
