It's my understanding that if a state Supreme Court refuses to hear a case, then the Federal Supremes are extremely unlikely, if not out right unable, to hear it.

I could be wrong, though.

Now, if the Minnesota Supreme Court would just refuse to hear Norm "Crybaby" Coleman's baseless appeal, we'll have 60 votes (and yes, I did read the above statement).

Wow, your bathroom sounds like it's the same size as mine (or, actually, a bit larger, as mine has only a shower, no tub). Since I'm not in the contiguous US any more, you're status is still legit.

Alas, there are, as yet, no kittehs here in either my nor Jen's apartments. I hope to change that before too long, though.

I've been watching... and loving it! (as Maxwell Smart -- the real one, not that fake movie one from last year -- would say). My favorite bit was Cramer on the Today Show, saying that he couldn't tell the truth because he had a stock show, and if they told the truth no one would watch. o.0

If you go to your ID Dashboard and click on "Layout", you should see, about halfway down the page, "Comment Layout" and below that three options. I believe you have the first selected. The second opens up comments on the post on your main page, and the third as a new window (or tab, if the reader's browser has tabs enabled).

Don't forget to click "Save Settings", in the lower right corner of the page, after you change stuff.

You can also, from the "Plugins" page, allow imbedded videos, and even video commenting... but, of course, that's gonna slow down the page loads.

Also, in case someone from IntenseDebate admin reads this comment and says, "this is the asshole who wrote those nasty emails yesterday!" ... well, I've calmed down. I actually kinda like this commenting system... I just haven't decided whether or not I want it on my main blog. So it was quite a shock to see it show up there without me installing it there.
