if I have the updated firmware 2.2.1 with base band 2.20.03, it's now only working for the rogers network in canada, if I change my carrier like if I'm gong to another country can they like restore the phone and just make it work on their network instead of the rogers network, meaning that it will be working only for that network in other words locked only to work for that network as it was locked before to work for rogers only
