How do you know that is what Paul Whitfield had? Did you see that in his hand . UH NO>
Paul doesn't need the Topix. He doesn't want hearsay. He doesn't want BS.
He is a man based on facts only.
He did not use that. It was probably the news media that had pulled that up.
But , either way, Paul doesn't want that bull. He only goes with based on facts.

Oh but it does. It shows what kind of person was in the vehicle before the accident occurred.
And Chris Herr is the one with the beers.
Chris Herr committed a crime that night.
Everything matters wasted. And if it were your kid you'd be doing the same thing.
Brock did not do this kind of thing. He is not stupid or a thug. He has a big heart.
He is quilty of going to the party. Drinking beer. And trusting.
But he is not capable and would not commit murder. This was not murder on Brock's part.
If anything it was involuntary.
I can't imagine what he was going through at this party with people tormenting him. And if it wasn't Brock that night it most likely could have been anyone.

Only because the first lawyer was not representing Brock Franklin.
I don't know if he knew who he was representing.
He sure didn't help at all.
I wish that he had of been a good lawyer in this case , instead he was against his client, and incompetent.

Oh wasted days and wasted nights: You must know nothing about the law. You must have been taught by your favorite person.
Everything matters in any criminal case. You ought to know that.
This is not what a decent lawyer has advised.
So it all matters.
And what really matters is evidence being withheld. That's real smart. Don't ya think.?

This is the other one that almost every statement said he was driving. And the ADA took his story jumped out in the nick of time.
She also said there would have been four that died instead of two.

What ABOUT Brock. No one cared what happened to him. Even if the stories were so far fetched.
