OH I just watched the video you were speaking of. How do you know that is what Paul Whitfield had? Did you see that in his hand . UH NO> Paul doesn't need the Topix. He doesn't want hearsay. Oh but it does. It shows what kind of person was in the vehicle before the accident occurred. And Chris Herr is the one with the beers. Chris Herr committed a crime that night. Everything matters wasted. And if it were your kid you'd be doing the same thing. Brock did not do this kind of thing. He is not stupid or a thug. He has a big heart. He is quilty of going to the party. Drinking beer. And trusting. But he is not capable and would not commit murder. This was not murder on Brock's part. If anything it was involuntary. I can't imagine what he was going through at this party with people tormenting him. And if it wasn't Brock that night it most likely could have been anyone.

So found out Peter Demas will stay in Greece. So no one will get him now for drugging Brock, or in the Civil. I hope the ADA is proud of all of this . Peter ran 3 days before the Motion and knew about the evidence against him. One way ticket to Greece. The Ale knew before anyone. You can't tell me something wasn't shady in all of this. Peter knew he was caught and he ran like always.

By Brock's guess, those six beers were drinking 11 regular beers. He says he stopped drinking, and doesn’t know what happened after 11:15 p.m. Remember still Traumatic Brain Trauma. Has anyone looked up ll beers on the BAC chart. This boy was at the party no more than 2 hrs maybe less. ll beers would have been close to a .40 toxic. Use some common sense is what I would like for people to do. And Brock has no idea what he said in the interview. The interview took 3 hrs. l60 pages. Ended up be l hr. 5l pages. What happened , to the rest of the interview?

One other thing. There were no beers inside the jeep at the accident scene. All were thrown out and none of them were opened , they were punctured by hitting the road. And the box was not in the jeep it was on the road also. So the only beers that made it , were the four Chris Herr took out before he and Scott Miller took off and left Brock at ll:30PM. The accident occurred at 12:30AM. I would just like for you and everyone to give this some thought. And have a heart. This is true. Things like this happen every day. Things that can’t be explained until it is explored.

I would also like to know when and how you saw Brock's MY Space unless you know Brock, unless it was the little part on TV. It was taken down before anyone could look at it. Oh! and you say TWO l00% INNOCENT PEOPLE. I remember in the paper it was written that these two didn't party, drink , smoke . Okay, that's fine. But I do know differently about Richard. He smoked 4-5 joints a day, did drugs, drank, and was not planning on quitting. Just REMEMBER everyone has skeletons in the closet.

And Michael Bryant couldn't stay in one place very long. What he moved around l4 times, has been caught himself drinking and driving. And they came to dinner every Thanksgiving and Christmas. The parents did not know Richard and Edell were dating at all until the next day when some friends took one picture to the parents.
