What are U.S. agencies doing conducting raids in other countries? Couldn't this be considered an act of war? I don't think American citizens would like it too much if a Russian agency conducted raids in the States.

They don't care about healing, they just want to make money. This medical marijuana thing is looking like a sham. It's a shame really. I used to support these measures but maybe it's better that the government not regulate it because stuff like this will happen.

Agreed. They will do anything to get the max amount of money. I have a friend that was sued for 750k because of a minor traffic accident but she would come in with a neck brace, "medical conditions", etc.
