I've recently experienced some loss myself. Tragic loss of a friends child. From the outside it has been difficult to watch the emotional gymnastics these people are putting themselves through. Why could this happen to them? She was such a good girl, they are such good people. I find comfort in a realization I came to when my brother died. Good things & bad things happen to good people. Just like they happen to bad people. That's life. It is what it is. Everyone dies. No matter if you have an imaginary friend in Jesus or you believe you were thrown into a Volcano & Tom Cruise is gonna save the world. Faith doesn't make you immortal or bulletproof.
