I don't know that we all believe in the same thing. It is possible that we do, but, obviously, we don't all agree about the way to get things done. I have no problem with you putting a March together. God bless you for taking that on!
I am just saying that MANY people do not understand politics, and believe it or not, many do not even know what this site is about or that it exists. I think if you really want to make a change, you need to get as many, many more, people to understand what is going on without scaring them off. And the best way for me, to do that, is to start out chatting around that infamous kitchen table, and listening to others, and contacting my local officials, etc.
I think if I just told people what the government is doing is "insane", they might want a little more information from me, before they join in a march on Washington. There is so much to tell, that we need to take the time to tell it, is all I'm saying.

For me, there are far too many of the same comments on here. It sounds like you are all in real hurry to get "something big" started. I think you are rushing (as in "only fools rush in").
Glenn said talk to your family, friends, and neighbors. He even wanted the kitchen table on his set to prove his point. If this is supposed to be a "grassroots" movement, then you need to treat it as such. Look it up on Wikipedia. You will find the definition there.
Grassroots are something that grow slowly and strong, and if you have ever had grass growing between the cracks of your sidewalks, then you know how hard it is to kill for good.
Slow things down, strengthen your own group, then watch it grow until you eventually are part of another, and thus, bigger, group. Then work on getting your local officials on your side. If all you do is "march" on Washington, it will be a one day event, and after it's over people will go home and get on with their lives. You need to have your cause so "ingrained" into their daily lives, that they can't help but talk about what's going on.
Build a strong foundation, as our forefathers did, so you have something to build on that will stand.

I hope that the college kids that are posting on here, will forward this link on to their friends. My 2 children are in college, and I would love to see their input and/or reaction to these comments. Perhaps this is the only way to give them some pause for thought (and reasoning) in what they are hearing throughout the course of their day.

My only caveat would be that if there is too much bashing of another person's point of view, they will not return to this site often. If we want to show them the other side of the too liberal views, we need to keep their interest.

This is, after all, meant to be a "grassroots" movement, and Glenn has set it up to make real changes, one person at a time.

I am so anxious to get these bumper stickers and t-shirts out there, but I don't have a clue where to start. Any suggestions? You can view them on flicker. tia for help.

I am working on some items for any grassroots groups that are interested in something that will show we are all part of this new movement. I have a picture of the bumper sticker so far. I am sending one to Glenn tomorrow. I think it's perfect! :) If anyone is interested in getting some or if you are interested in seeing the other items when finished, please email through my profile page. Thanks.

I was shocked to read this just now, because I designed and ordered a bumper sticker after seeing Friday night's show. Everyone that has seen it, thinks it's perfect. I have ordered a couple, so I can send one to Glenn to be sure he thinks it's "perfect" for our cause, and if it's ok with him I will put a post on here to place a HUGE order for these. I guarantee you will all love it! (At least I think/hope so).
