You are not listening to me... I Know they didn't think in "lock step". But they all agreed that no matter how you walked, you had to reach a certain SPOT. It's like routes to the same store...they disagreed as to which route was the best...some said one route because it's the fastest, while others say another because the roads are safer...eventually they all agreed that they needed to get to the store...or home...or wherever the hell you're going.

I'm getting tired of throwing this at you...WORDING IS EVERYTHING!!!

Why do you think the Declaration says "Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness" instead of "Life, Liberty, and Property" as they originally intended.

Reason: They didn't want southern slave owners to say that, since slaves are property, you can't take them away. So they changed it.

And Article I Section 8 Clause 18:

To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers VESTED BY THIS CONSTITUTION in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

Meaning...THEY CAN'T EXCEED THE POWER GRANTED TO THEM BY THE CONSTITUTION...
