Insurance- as- the bikes that hit cars, dent cars, rip mirrors off and drive on...etc etc. Bikes may not do AS MUCH damage as a vehicle can, BUT, they CAN do damage, and do on a daily basis. They should be responsible.

However, I agree with your ideas on the licensing or endorsement ideas...

Hey, I am all for it...BUT- they need to be licensed and carry insurance in certain areas!!! Just like me....And just think how much they can contribute to taxes as we do....And get special endorsements to hook up or carry things. Just saying. Most bikers seem to be unaware of legalities of on-road driving.

LOVE IT! If I have to be licensed, registered, pay for parking and carry insurance,, so should cyclists riding on public roads and highways!

We have no right as animals ourselves to justify aiding a possible link to eventual unnatural extinction of any animal. While I do not find it very logical murdering sea lions for eating food, nor spending any sort of money to pay for them to be hunted, I do believe the money can be used for relocation and better protective systems on the river for salmon. As a taxpayer, I would rather pay for that than murder, then again I am paying for murder in Iraq as well. Maybe we should first limit or actually STOP game fishing on the river first and leave fishing for food to certified companies regulated by laws.
