While I do not find it very logical murdering sea lions for eating food, nor spending any sort of money to pay for them to be hunted, I do believe the money can be used for relocation and better protective systems on the river for salmon. As a taxpayer, I would rather pay for that than murder, then again I am paying for murder in Iraq as well. Maybe we should first limit or actually STOP game fishing on the river first and leave fishing for food to certified companies regulated by laws.
