Something does not make sense, If the 8" main line was pluged other people besides her would of backed up. Most service lines are 4" so if a diaper was flushed it had to make it through a 4" service line to get to a 8" main line. If it made it through the 4" line I think it would make it through the 8" line. Who decided it was a diaper? Does the city have rules against flushing diapers? If I was Mayor of this town I'd be getting to the bottom of this and if the town was responsible in any way I'd be helping my citizens instead of trying to weasel out of it.

I didn't like Chet either at first but now I'm think he's ok. The smoking thing was the main reason two of my friends quit smoking. He's cutting waist , thanks to him no new taxes. No raises to overpaid State employees, and now this vets leader who wasn't doing his job is gone. It looks to me if your going to work for the State your going to work.
