Forced caps - what do they mean? In Greensboro it meant higher bills and protests. Listen to the consumer.

Not this again! Let's believe advertisements... over real consumers. Time Warner has worked me over enough with their constantly increasing bills and then trying to lock me into a long term contract with penalties. If they had such a great product they would not need 23 page legal contracts to lock you in.

Listen to the consumer not the marketing guys:

What is going on is Time Warner trying to pass a bill that would force their municpal competitors like Wilson increase their rates with these additional costs. Imagine if you could get a bill passed that would force your competitors to raise their rates, but not your own business. Talk about crooked.

I guess you didnt see that both Google and Intel came out against this bill. I guess you also didnt see that the bill sponsors themselves apologized for the bill, gutted it themselves, and said it needed to be looked at further. I guess you also missed how the bill would impact fire and police radio networks throughout the state preventing any tax subsidies and requiring networks be run on fee income alone jacking up the prices that volunteer fire departments would have to pay along with EMS and Police.

Guess you missed when everyone involved decided this was a bad bill including the sponsors themselves.

This familiar to anyone? During peak usage your speed slows to a crawl, and the blinky blinky light comes on.
