Sorry dude I agree with Jermico007. Everyone needs to be responsible for their own affairs, not putting it off to someone else so you can pay less. That is welfare, that is the National Healthcare, that is not right. Forcing others to pay for a proceedure so you can pay less is not ok. Should someone else pay higher cost of something so I can get it for less is not ok either. If his healthcare is low and yours is high becaues you have other coverages he does not, then you should pay more if you want it. Not someone else.
