That's the best you got? you know I'm referring to the frustrations of their confusion and not the literal having of satisfaction to watch them die.

well at least you're honest about it....but would you really care because it's not about the fact that you were once a democrat? that it was more important that you ended up standing for what you believed in? I mean don't get me wrong, you do have a valid point ultimately, but you have to agree, so do we. if you didn't really care about the church, why would you care, to the point of paying for it, if you were recognized in something that wasn't real anyways?

And lets not forget the deeper meaning, you know its incredibly bad news when somebody decides to fall away from the church, especially when it's made this public and to this degree. It really crushes the hearts of those who believe because maybe, in some cases, we did not do our jobs to be there for that person or to speak to them more about the heart of God. You know it's part of our job to help our brothers out amidst struggles. Not to say I could be there for the guy in England that decided to be de-baptized but the fact that somebody else didn't....

Well as a Christian (as Christianity is the topic in this particular case), it's important (but no magical saving potion) to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ as explained in the Great Commission. So yes, a relationship with Christ runs deep, but if that's the case, than it will poor out on the people that the person makes contact with in some way. But we are called to be as transparent as possible and explain our passion for Jesus so that others may be saved.

Doesn't mean that Water baptism at age 1 is gonna do anything though. Like it is with all other things, there is a line of balance on how a Christian or anyone of any religious (b.t.w. I hate religion) affiliation should raise their child. of course, nobody can walk this line perfectly, but it is important to try. Here, we differ with the Catholics, they practically believe that you must be baptized to be saved, and protestants typically as a whole do not believe that is the truth. If i thought sprinkling some water on my kids face was gonna save his soul, count me in. But it's merely a public act of acknowledgment of the saving power of Jesus Christ- one that should be made upon the decision of the individual and not their parents.

you can not compare the Bible against those who read it... that's like somebody who says something which becomes gossip. we all know that gossip is full of things that are distorted or untrue. Like wise, a follower of Christ and a doer of the Word is not likely to be right on target. So if you got a problem with Christians, take it up with them but leave the Bible, God, Jesus, Holy Spirit and even the Angels out of that one. They are not the cause for the imperfectios of man.

I hope you know that a man like Nietzsche does not matter among Christians. So your quote is irrelevant. If your gonna argue with us, argue on our terms. prove us wrong on our own ground.
