How am I wrong, Vicodumb? You don't dispute that vicodin has made you dumb.

The lesser of two evils concept when it comes to the demrepubs is nothing new. I guess the vicodin did make you dumb, but that is just an assumption of mine based on your user name. Your post contains no deep thought or new information that people who have been paying attention already recognize and have for years.

It is disturbing how ignorant you are, UR. You do not serve your beliefs well and you certainly do a poor job of debating your opponents in arguments. You are very strange, UR.

No doubt that China is more aggressive than Japan militarily. Just last year, China started war gaming scenarios basee on war with the U.S., for the first time ever.

Hello friends. I watched the Restoring Honor Rally online today and then started looking for the lamestream media coverage that follows such an event. I found a headline on Yahoo! in which the article, of course, mentions that the rally was attended by "predominantly white" people. No surprise that on the 47th anniversary of Dr. King's powerful, historic speech, the lamestream media would only see skin color. So much for Dr. King's powerful words concerning content of character and skin color, dismissed so easily by those to whom truth doesn't matter.

But there is more to this story. It is only natural that the crowd would be predominantly white because of the reality of the racial demographics of the United States. The racial breakdown is as follows:

Race and ethnicity
Main articles: Racial and ethnic demographics of the United States and Hyphenated American

The U.S. population's distribution by race and ethnicity in 2008 was as follows:[36][37]

* Total population: 304.1 million

Race and Hispanic or Latino origin Percentage Number
White alone
(Not including the 29.2 million
White Hispanic and Latino Americans: 65.4% or 198.9 million) 75.0% 228.2 million
Hispanic or Latino ethnicity, of any race 15.4% 46.9 million
Black or African American alone 12.4% 37.6 million
Some other race alone 4.9% 15.0 million
Asian alone 4.4% 13.4 million
Two or more races 2.3% 7.0 million
American Indian or Alaska Native alone 0.8% 2.4 million
Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander alone 0.14% 0.43 million

These figures add up to more than 100% on this table because Hispanic and Latino Americans are distributed among all the races and are also listed as an ethnicity category, resulting in a double count.

Logically, it is easy to conclude that any gathering here in America involving hundreds of thousands of people, would be predominantly white. But then, the lamestream media doesn't approach "reporting the news" in a logical, reasonable, or honest way. We know the lamestream media has a political agenda and that is why it is no surprise that the progressive media pundits will make the whole Restoring Honor Rally about skin color, 180 degrees opposite of what Dr. King spoke of, 47 years ago.

Friends, we know what is coming over the next few days so I have a challenge for you. If you encounter someone where ever you go and they mention that the Tea Partiers are just a bunch of white people or Glenn Beck's Restoring Honor Rally was just a bunch of white people, ask that person, "Is it about the content of their character or the color of their skin?" Look for the articles that will point to skin color and write the author and ask that question. Look for the chat rooms and forums online that focus on skin color and ask that question. Write letters to the editor of your newspapers that contain articles that point to skin color. The point is, Dr. King had it right and we all know it. Please forward this. Every way we can expose the hypocrisy and lies of the lamestream media is a good thing.
