Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

There is no need to be organized to attend the May Day March to the U.S. Capitol on Friday May 1, 2009 at 10 am.
There is no need to get a permit, doesn't our constitution say "the right to peaceably assemble" where does the U.S. Constitution state "get a permit first"

If we ask for a permit then we are asking for permission. I do not need a permit to go to D.C. as an individual. And neither do you.

They promised transparency and in my opinion they are being transparent. If we can't wake up then we are screwed and soon enough damage will have been done and then it will be too late.

NeverCryWolf I do respect your fears of the government, I doubt that anyone trusts them. But I am uncaring what they can or will do to me personally, I would rather die than live in a country where I must obey the rules as to when and where I volunteer my time, or what I may or may not plant in my garden. I am a proud American. I want our constitution to be as it was when it was written. I want our verterans treated with the respect that they deserve. I will not run and I will not hide from anyone. And I won't cry wolf unless the wolf is really here at our door.
