Was it 95-96? Or 96-97? "Portland" got about an inch-and-a-half of rain in 24 hours, but Corbett, Bull Run, Sandy, and Estacada got )I wanna say) almost six inches in the same period. And where did all of that water flow down to?

Basically, Portland and Dulth are hard to compare due to differences in topography.

I doubt many of them will wake up in a military academy, but they are very likely to wake up in jail. And the bulying that goes on in jail makes middle school look like, well, middle school.

My attitude has always been, "You have all of this money to buy an RV, a boat, and God knows what else, but you can't spring $100 a month for a parking space or a storage unit?"
