Last summer in Pacific City there was a drunk guy who drove his Ford Expedition down the main drag at 2 a.m., then turned off his headlights to ditch the deputy who was following him, refused to get out of his vehicle, and refused to take a breath test (he finally blew twice the limit 4 hours later).
