only the media room has the black ceiling and that's to absorb light rather than reflect it back on the TV screen; this room should be dark and this is strickly speaking as a guy. I'm with you on the exercise room wall though.

There is a stackable washer dryer in the foyer of the master suite as well. the door at the back of the garage goes into the mud room/pantry that is connected to the house.

Its more like $650K and the car and boat with the cash option. the taxes with this option are around $500 K fed and state for me.

Its because of the enormous tax burden Steve. I think everyone would live in the dream house in a heart beat of it were economically feasible. I know the amounts have been posted but its in the neighborhood of $700,000 just for income taxes.

Check out this link. It is subject to taxes as like your income, it is not capital gains tax. Whatever state you live in will tax this as additional income unless they do not have income tax. Sometimes the state where the house is located taxes it too, like California a couple houses ago.
