She was most likely flirting with him, any girl that flirts with a guy and then has sex with him is not rape. I guess it is popular to cry rape in these days to draw a little bit of attention. The truth of the matter is that she is going to need to have him around to help raise their child.

Some people can handle their liquor and some people can't. He certainly couldn't handle his. I'm sure things got out of hand, but this doesn't mean he should be convicted of 2nd degree murder. Lets cut him some slack. Maybe convict him for manslaughter or something after all it was his 21st birthday.

Waste of money or better management of money? Do we need to have our city government making decisions that are wrong because they don't know what is best? It's better to pay someone who knows what they are doing than to have mismanagement of the flood recovery. My point is, it is better to pay someone who knows what they are doing and this will be cheaper in the end.
