Yes the reveal was very obvious, but the way it was delivered was so wonderful I don't even care.
I adored the Rory/River scene when she realizes who he is, and then goes on to tell him excitedly about her birthday like a little girl.

I also assumed she was seeing everything through the ganger, but I didn't think about her ganger reaction being shown in the face of the real Amy.

Part of me was glad to see she was shocked when she 'woke up' pregnant.
but it makes me think.
If she was surprised, had she been asleep/unaware the whole time she'd been there?
If so, why did eye patch woman not question the fact she was suddenly conscious?

I did think she had been cloned when the silence took her however, and that it was the silence that had the original Amy, but its clear she's been gone much much longer.
But then when was she cloned?
Must re-watch this season so far this week.

Watched it over 13 times since saturday and every time i am a complete emotional wreck.
"The only water in the forest is the river."
this seems to link back to River Song in The Forest of the Dead and the forest in the byzantium.
but
Amy Pond was also in the byzantium.

I'd accepted that it wasn't going to be anywhere near as epic and wonderful as the last two and, though I hunger for answers so bad moffat please, it was nice to take a break from the confusion of the series so far and have an episode that actually resolves the questions it starts.
(though, saying that, EYE PATCH WOMAN. WHO ARE YOU.)
