You make a great point. We have a friend that is black and he told us that the reason they will not let go of the "race card" "affirmative action" etc is because if they let go and admit everyone is equal then they lose all their freebies. Sad but true. BO has played the race card several times lately and that is because he wants to continue giving blacks and hispanics preferential treatment. Even the funding for school will be based on which schools give preferential treatment to them. Take a look at scholarships available now. My sister in law has been searching and can find none for caucasions. If you aren't minority you don't qualify.

Last I heard it was slated for more debate in Sept and they want to pass it then so that doesn't give us much time to stop them.

I have to disagree with you....from what I have heard their pensions match their salaries and they only need serve one term to be fully vested. If we forced them into the SS system and minimized all other benefits it would help to eliminate the career politicians. Doing this and imposing term limits is the best way to go.

That is incredible seeings as how I sent a letter to BHO a couple months ago telling him I thought his "redistribution of wealth" was not the rich Americans to the poor Americans but that he was sending America's weath to the middle east. Now we need to figure out how to stop him and his gang members before it is too late.

Forcing the cost of care down would be great. I just had an encounter with my doctor's office versus my co-pay. I went in for the "annual checkup" and because I asked about something unrelated to that - my doctor charged me for 2 office visits....Total cost ended up being $110 for one and $185 for the other. I had to fight them because they were trying to charge me 2 co-pays for one visit. When I called the insurance company they said that it was okay for the doctor to charge the insurance company double but that I only owed one co-pay. You tell me....does this make sense??????? I look at this as double dipping and this is what is causing the insurance premiums to be so high.

That is a great question for which I do not have any answer either. This should be the standard practice, however they seem to have their own rules which change with what they want to do.
