Are you holding your breath? I hope not. He didn't care to answer before he was elected and he sure as the heck won't now. Besides half the country didn't care enough before voting him in why should he answer to the other half?

Sheriff Joe is being investigated for enforcing immigration laws that are currently on the books. If he catches an illegal he arrest them and sends them back just as the law requires him too. However ,some people don't like law keeping as being racist and bad.

There is another option you guys are missing; build up voter blocks. Use your 912 groups, and any other groups you can by finding common issues and bombard your reps . They won't listen to one person but when you get large numbers of voters working together they will listen because they want to be reelected. In other words become lobbiest.

Have any of you read the new law that got passed yesterday? HR20; "The New Mother Act" This is new law that says all new mothers will be "tested" by a DCF or whatever you call child abuse case workers in your state and if they don't like your answer you don't get to take your baby home. They then can force you to go to a shrink and take meds or whatever they think you should do before you can get your baby.
This is a big violation of your 9th amendment rights and and just to throw in HIPPA.
