If you've "heard many different versions, " but still speculate and contrive your own, do not expect someone to not challenge you. AND, THIS WAS AN ACCIDENT THAT SHOULD HAVE, AND COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED! I don't know who is at fault, but it certainly is not this woman who lost her beloved pet. For you to imply so, by saying she should have walked it differently is ridiculous, and heartless.

Her dog did NOT, repeat, did NOT die by "peeing" on the pole.....he was electrocuted by walking on the ground around the pole.....just as the men's clothing store owner's dog was shocked by doing so.. PLEASE read the details before posting and judging......

Grow up. You usually have intelligent posts, but you are lowering yourself to juvenile tripe.

If you have to take the time to be "creeped out" by someone who loves something, whether it be human or otherwise, ya need to lighten up a bit, there, Sparky.

So what if someone loves an animal...why would you really care, and why would you go to lengths to negate it? You apparently have some issues here if you need to "barf" over someone's caring for their companion, whether it be human or canine. Let it go.

Emerson, as usual, you are pathetic. And I'm betting my bank you're male. Get real, yourself...

Actually, to some, dogs are "children". That may sound strange to you, and I understand that. But I have to say that this case should not be relegated to "dogs are less important than humans".... overall this should not have happened...to anyone or "thing".

And if this would have happened to me....I'd be suing up the ying-yang if it were found anyone negligent. Accountability is key here...

There should be no "glad" associated here.....and there are those of us who . whether you feel it's appropriate or not. feel our dogs are just as important as their human counterparts. You should not, again be glad ANYTHING/ONE died......
