I'm just guessing but I'm pretty sure it's Japanese. It sounded really Japanese (from an American's perspective at least) and not Hylian at all, like Midna's language.

Okay I really really appreciate the effort, skill, and time put into this. It came out seriously amazing, and I wish I could have one.

I do notice that Link's face is just really, really off, though. He has never looked that old, and he doesn't have that face shape....
