I would say it is down to Negligence and Incompetence. It is allover Trinidad. No accountability or responsibility or proper strict procedures in place anywhere. Quite frankly things are a mess and having investigations after investigations and investigations after more investigations changes nothing, everything remains the same until the next death and consequent investigation.

The streets in Trinidad are a death trap for any children much less them being murdered in their own yard and in the Hospitals.

What was he convicted for..?! Ganja..? Driving offence..? Non child maintenance..? What was he convicted for..?!!

Because he had been convicted of something in the past almost makes it seem and based on what some commentators are saying is he deserved it.

Before I make the assumption i want to know what was he convicted for..?

And if no information is forthcoming then he is another victim that could of been you and me.

I am presuming the the words "Charged" and "Suspected" means when Arrested....

Now one would think if your charged or suspected of a crime fingerprints would of been taken as part od procedure..

It's the audit I'm interested to see. How all that money was used to do the same thing that Kamala has criticized the PNM for.
