Rarity is what hooked me onto the show; Sisterhooves Social being the first episode to watch. With the heart bursting embarrassment I've felt and that ending to the episode. I knew this was a show that I'd spend a long long looong time with.

I might get hate for this too, but I would say in my opinion Twilight wouldn't be as popular if she wasn't the main mane character. If the premiers and finalizes weren't centered around her all the time and it was about anypony else. They would be just as or even more popular compared to Twilight. Also it would open and flesh about their character as well.

Now I don't hate Twlight, I just find her less interesting compared to the others.

On a side note. I just wanna hear what you guys think about this, but does anyone find it weird how Twilight, a pre-anti social mare, became "The Princess of Friendship" when you have a character like Pinkie who pretty much dedicated her life to friendship. Now that I think about it. To have the qualifications of being Celestia's student. Do they have to be a unicorn? Twilight, Sunset and even StarSwirl were unicorns. So does that mean only magic users are fit for the role?
