Ummm, here are some example questions:

1. the home was "found in disarray". Was the employer aware of the caregiver's careless attitude? If so, why did they look the other way?
2. Is this an exceptional event, or is there a culture of neglect within this agency?
3. Have other patients suffered neglect? What about physical or sexual abuse?

Odrama: you sound like my mother, who was a reasonably savvy business person but only had a 10th grade education. (She, in fact, has some borderline irrational opinions about Obama and Occupy herself). Now don't get me wrong, I love my mom, but it would be nice if she wasn't always having to rely on me to interpret her medical insurance paperwork.

Let me also add..these are the ones who will be our future policymakers...who will hopefully be able to manage to put this economy back on track. I'd rather have a well educated person at the helm than someone with just a high school diploma.

Your arguments are perfectly logical. They deserve to be presented for public debate and addressed by opponents of gay marriage, but I have yet to see a single one of those individuals formulate a sound, rational defense in response. So far, they manage to skirt and dodge the critical arguments and hide behind unintelligible walls of rhetoric that don't hold water for snot. well, Serf. I don't always like or agree with everything you say, but you're right on, on this one.
