The oath of office of all elected officials, doesn't include looking out for little old me. It's specific, no nonsense,' follow the Constitution, protect the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.'

The Constitution limits power, so Obama is NOT the boss. And if Congress starts down a road that abuses the Constitution, he is to stop them. Or vice versa.

Shared power with everyone of the three branches, walking hand in hand, was never planned. Our founding fathers strived to prevent this. Read your Constitution and show me where the President should fire an executive in ANY private company, take over all the banks or impose taxes on children not yet born. This system is failed, flawed and non-functional.

Very good! We feel the same way. We live in a small town in Iowa and we're writing letters and trying to do what we can here. We are not mindless puppets and it's time we stopped acting like we are.

Do you remember how you felt or feel when your kids are being really naughty and they won't listen to you? You yell, you spank, you put them in time out and you still feel like pulling out your hair with frustration? Yeah. That's how I feel about the government right now.

Does Obama represent YOU? Your thoughts? Your belief system? Your values?
Korean nuclear tests, Iranian missile launches, Hamas rocket and mortar shellings, a trade deficit, an 8,000 DOW.
At some point, can this man do more than talk? I'm embarrassed. Harry Truman said the buck stops here. I have yet to see this man take credit for any of his mistakes.

By the next election cycle, those of us laid off and in foreclosure and homeless will not have an address to vote from...
I could be wrong. Perhaps it is possible to vote while residing in a homeless shelter. My preferred course of action would be to swamp the call center; overload emails, and crash their fax machines with outcries of dismay. If we don't like what they're doing (and we DON'T) and they don't listen to us, we can at least make it impossible for them to call home, call their mistress or their fundraisers and we will crash the entire DC phone network.
Would someone please to be kind enough to locate and publish all their private cell phone numbers? I can't call my representatives because their phone message banks are full. I'd love to call in and fill up his voice mail on his private cell phone. Surely there must be a staffer or an aide or disgruntled worker who could give us alternative numbers to call, and lets not forget, in the midst of all of this, we might also try contacting the White House. So my plea is those of us who still have phones, call until they disconnect you. Don't give up until they turn you off.
