we need action on the cannabis issues. it effects more Americans on a day to day basis than any other issue. they've been repressing us for so long now that we have the chance to be heard it's very frustrating to be brushed off and ignored. the American people do NOT want people going to prison over cannabis. bottom line, that's the way it is! that's what the government needs to make happen! period. we will continue to identify those that fight the will of the people and get rid of them. ask gordon smith how it feels to be out of a job. had he heeded his constituents and supported us he'd still be a public servant. perhaps Sen. Merkley will have a more positive attitude with us.

exactly!!! talk with us. don't just give lip service to science being so all important then turn around AS YOU ARE SAYING IT and snub those that are trying to shine the light of truth and science on an issue that personally effects more people than ANY other.

ok, so we can see that even though it's the most popular issue and there's more support than anything other than prosecuting "shrub" for war crimes we still don't even rate an intelligent response?

Mr. President Elect,
i warned gordon smith about his position on cannabis and he no longer has his seat after losing by small enough of a margin that not having the cannabis voters lost it for him. you think the republicans can't see how popular this is? better hope they don't figure it out too soon or you might just only get 4 boss. then what was it all worth?

we may just get an accurate look at the whole cost of the drug war and its complete lack of ROI(return on investment). that's a positive.

our founding fathers smoked cannabis(as evidenced by George Washington own pen). what would "The Framers" have done about this injustice? our peoples left lands that were more free than we are now due to oppression. what does that say about our society? our politicians REFUSE to hear the ever louder cry for freedom and stand resolute against their own peoples will. yet we boast more people incarcerated per capita than ANY other country on the planet. inalienable rights? life , liberty, and pursuit of happiness. their legacy? an enslaved society by a government that lies (just look at the DEA website for the real whoppers). enough!!!

as i was looking thru the agenda i noticed a total lack of addressing the cannabis issue and it's quite disturbing. we need action on this issue.

as a health care issue it saves people massive amounts of money over opiates that can do more harm than the pain they don't relieve very well.

50 billion dollars blown...poof. just another year right? 1.8 million arrested with how much money to house them? to feed em? to pay their lawyers fee's? because most are represented by an overworked public defender that should be a car salesman for the deals he's cutting!! because if they didn't offer EVERYONE some kind of deal our legal system grind to a halt because there's just too many nonviolent drug offenders getting more time for a weed than for killing someone!!!!!
enough is enough.
