lol. Yes, Scott doesn't often stay home- not because he doesn't want to but if he does he just makes more work for himself since everything carries over till the next day and instead of 8 hours it's like 14.

So true. He also tells me being a SAHM would be super easy & relaxing but he can't handle the kids for 20 minutes without screaming!

We do a lot of pasta & broccoli. And Actually my daughter LOVES beets but I've only ever tried it as borscht & not like actual beets. I'll give it a try!

And yes, we use Coccoros. The Coccoros can fit RF in our car but I choose to have them face forward. It's sort of hard to break up a fight between 3 screaming toddlers & still drive a car- I can only imagine the meltdowns and fights if I couldn't see what they were doing!
