If you bought it back in August/Sept., I think it was $419 for new/$399 to renew.

One year it took me 45 minutes to get from Eldora parking lot to the roundabout during FDGD.
You must be new around these parts, so 411: FDGD takes place annually during the first full weekend in March. Traffic is like that every FDGD, so plan accordingly.

Eldora ditched the DOJoe this year, and you're really going to hold out for an uphill access program like every other reasonable ski area in Colorado has?

For $1.7bn I'm sure RTD could build their own darn tracks or, where they couldn't snatch land, a subway. There's plenty of not-built-on land on 36 and 287.
Tell BNSF to go pound sand.

Kroger/King Soopers = 40%
Safeway = 20%
Wal Mart = 20%
That's ~80% of the grocery market controlled by 3 companies.

People who shop at Alfalfas or Whole Foods wouldn't go to Wal Mart anyways, so I'm sure these shops don't care.

We just did that commute today 126 miles RT from Ned. to CU/28th & Canyon. 4.5 hours. We can't do that for a month. I know a lot of people who are in that same boat, and it gets harder the further north you go (Ward, Allenspark, Raymond, Gold Hill, etc.). There's a lot of folk up here who rely on the N bus, too.
I'm really torn because there are people down below who have lost everything (and some, even more); I know several of these people from Lyons. We're taking in people who have lost their housing in Boulder. And I'm trying really hard to keep it in perspective. But a month to get a major ingress/egress open? That's a lot.
I apologize for the whiny thing...
...sigh...
