Here's a clue - they can't actually implement brexit. You cannot be in, and out of it, or have the bits that we like and not the rest, so at the moment we are going to be matching the EU but implementing legislation that it has designed to disadvantage us. Eg Financial Services Directives that help France get City business like euro clearing. You couldn't make this stuff up. Through Brexit we heave jettisoned sovereignty and now have no control.
