I would like to encourage everyone to keep up the pressure on the blue dogs and all of your legislators.
They are finally starting to talk about the treatment of seniors in the health care bill.

I copy and paste the Senior Navigation Advisory Baord portion of the bill and email it to my legislators, and AARP.
I believe it is starting to work, but we have to do it in large numbers.

I am having tee shirts made that say "grandma got run over by Obama helath care, but me and little Billy we still believe."
I suggest everyone do that, how funny would that be.

Guess I should call my 82 year old father who is recovering very well from a stroke, he should just give up.
He needs and end of life plan so as not to cost so much money

I got the name wrong, this is what I do not like!______SENIOR NAVIGATION ADVISORY BOARD.____(a) Establishment- The Secretary of Health and Human Services shall establish the Senior Navigation Advisory Board (in this section referred to as the `Advisory Board').____(b) Membership- The Board shall be comprised of advocates, researchers, government officials, health care providers, ethicists, caregivers, and other individuals with expertise in issues related to end-of-life care .____(c) Duties- The Advisory Board shall advise the Secretary on issues related to end-of-life care and advance care planning, including how to--____(1) increase patients' quality of life

I have read much of the bill, I would rather not have the required end of life planning meeting every 5 years.
Not so crazy about the Senior Care Advisory Board appointed by the President either.
