I would like to encourage everyone to keep up the pressure on the blue dogs and all of your legislators. They are finally starting to talk about the treatment of seniors in the health care bill. I copy and paste the Senior Navigation Advisory Baord portion of the bill and email it to my legislators, and AARP. I believe it is starting to work, but we have to do it in large numbers. I am having tee shirts made that say "grandma got run over by Obama helath care, but me and little Billy we still believe." I suggest everyone do that, how funny would that be.

I have read much of the bill, I would rather not have the required end of life planning meeting every 5 years. Not so crazy about the Senior Care Advisory Board appointed by the President either.

Not so much smart as scared, as I watched the elections, people I feel where voting themselves free stuff. They started a class war, and they did it intentionaly, but in the end it is the very poeple who voted him in who will foot the bill.

What I fear is the affordable part, who gets to decide and at what lengths will the government be able to go to either provide loans or force prices down. this could be a very slippery slope. And what really bothers me, this is an amendment to the Consitution YIKES!

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled (two-thirds of each House concurring therein), That the following article is proposed as an amendment to the Constitution of the United States, which shall be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the Constitution when ratified by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States: `Article-- Section 1. All persons shall have a right to decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable housing, which right shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any State. Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce and implement this article by appropriate legislation.'.
