Wait, so why doesn't Goliath just NOT get himself cursed. His friends are gone, but he has an ENTIRE rookery of eggs that will probably need more looking after then humans can provide. Not to mention someone to teach the babes the way of the gargoyle. Doesn't he want to look after the next generation?

Also, its not like they don't have a magic man to at least work around the spell.
