Some of these dog owners rear these dogs as a weapon to kill, i could remember as a child growing up in Tobago one of our neighbors had dogs as pet but his dogs were always very vicious dogs, this man was a cook in the police station, later on we go to find out he was feeding the dogs on gun power that was the reason why all his pet dogs was so fierce. if this story is true why would someone do such a thing knowing there are child around not even children alone innocence people. I was a victim to a dog attack which had took me out of school for six months, these dogs was my uncle dogs he never one day come to my mother to see how i was it look like it was my fault the dog attack me, this an experience i would never forget.
Implement a heavy fine and compensation for all the person loss, pain and suffering and you would see owners would be more responsible for their pets.
they need to implement ways of tracking down dog owners and let them pay for the damage cause, All dogs owners should be made to surgically insert a chip in there dogs in that way you can find them and let them pay. Its about time the RSPCA step in and do something
how come these things still happening is that the new legislation inplace people still not respecting it or its not working
