I personally would love to be Mr. Fox's attorney in this matter. This issue really doesn't matter, he will have plenty of money to pay his fine with the proceedings from his lawsuit. The video seals the deal for his case.

Poster....... these techniques DO work on most people if done early and the subject isn't trained to resist interrogation. Worked for NSA back in the eighties and knew one or two operatives that were VERY GOOD at it and back then it WAS torture. Waterboarding is like taking a dip in the pool in comparison. Was it illegial? You bet...... Did it work? What do you think........ In a time crucial event nothing is off the table.

I am a long time Republican that thinks history will be kinder to Bush than most people realize. Saying that, the one thing I cannot forgive during his presidency is the fact that Bin Laden is still breathing air on this earth instead of the brimestone in Hades he deserves. W should have told the world to stay out of our way and did what it took to find or kill Bin Laden.

I tend to agree ninja. Several problems with the panthers. The secondary is horrible. I have always questioned Jake being a starting QB in the NFL. Without Steve Smith and Muhommad his career stats would be mediocre at best. Team lacks heart, starting with Fox. I would love to see what a Coach like Cowher could to with this team.

Good running game and strong O and D line should keep us in the hunt though. My guess with this killer schedule is 9-7 and maybe a wildcard birth in the playoffs.

You totally misunderstood my statement or simply ignored the true meaning. Your quoted statement that I referenced implies that there should be no opposition to an elected President. Your previous posts cast an entirely different point of view towards the previous administration.

Maybe you should re-write it to include "dear leader"........
