Being under the impression that specific grammar rules were not the subject of this discussion, I was merely expressing my concern that the phrase dialectically didn't fit the rest of the text. :|
It is poor grammatical construction, and people do speak as such.
It is rather unfortunate.
Perhaps the syntax is the problem then.
