We the People, of the United States of America, do, in the Name, and by Authority, of the Good People of these States solemnly publish and declare that These United States are, and of the Right ought to be, FREE AND INDEPENDENT STATES.
Therefore, no other Authority has a right to tax the people of a FREE AND INDEPENDENT STATE.
I therefore believe these Sovereign States, whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; will pay the Federal government, based on the States population; its portion to be a part of the Union.
Each State would levy its Taxes, for its portion, as the state sees fit; Flat tax, Fair tax, Consumption tax, Income tax, or by any other means enacted by the State Legislature.

I believe in the United States of America as a Government of the people, by the people, for the people; whose just powers are derived from the consent of the governed; a democracy in a republic; a sovereign nation of many sovereign states; a perfect union, one and inseparable; established upon those principles of freedom, equality, justice, and humanity for which American patriots sacrificed their lives and fortunes.
I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to love it; to support its Constitution; to obey its laws; to respect its flag; and to defend it against all enemies.
