The ICC would be much better off enforcing arrest warrants for Sudan's president than placing Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic in jail; Karadzic's arrest is an oxymoral for the USA to legally explain iteslf out of.

I bare witness to the social 'matter of fact,' both Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic give the United Information vital counter terrorism information which could have prevented 9/11 if heeded during the Clinton administration.
