Just had a look at your blog, we have to say there are some very thought provoking articles there.

Coming to your question, we think innovation cannot be traded with the safety of routine! That being said, there is of course something that you are doing that makes your current communication strategy work... so instead of turning it upside down, why not think of tweaking the rough edges if any? Reminds us of the title of this book by Marshall Goldsmith - "What got you here, won't get you there".
