Pretty sure this ends with the little kid wishing for more money. Someone shows up and tells him his dad was killed in a horrible accident at work, and because of the life insurance the family is rich. The rainbow pepple is cursed!!! What irony!!

But a dub over loses so much of the original performance. An avid audience member shouldn't have to settle for a dub over (that replaces the native inflection and original dialogue) when a perfectly fine sub track already has been mastered and well received.

Your post is all the more proof for why the sub track shouldn't have been changed in the first place.

Wow. What a disrespectful statement. It's been stated earlier, but this film lacks a larger general audience appeal (unfortunately). A studio that would undercut and minimize the only audience they have in order to save face is a short sighted studio indeed.

Just admit your fucking screw up, fix the problem, and move on. Why offer such a mean spirited retort? So short sighted.
