When we received our first delicata squash, I had no idea what to do with them. I did a quick google search and this is the first recipe that came up. I happened to have all of the ingredients so I added them to our Thanksgiving menu. Everyone loved them, even the kids, but it was by far my favorite dish. Thank you for exposing me to something new.
