Have you read May (http://nutsinmay.wordpress.com/)? She likes to call her period Shark Week, due to all the blood. It sounds like you two might have something in common (although, I believe her issue is adenomysis - don't know if that's related).

I can't imagine having to suffer through that regularly. And I imagine that most people are unsympathetic.

I used to buy my my niece and nephews the loudest toys I could find. Surprisingly, my sister has not retaliated. Of course, her house is constantly loud and my house is generally quiet, so that may be the difference.

I hate ants! I had an invasion around my front door. I killed a couple of them and they started SWARMING into my foyer! I thought I was going to die. I ended up spraying bug killer to stop them, which I hate to do indoors.

We also had an attack on the back side of the house - they had made a habitat through our bandboard (around the base of the house), and my husband sprayed them with WD-40. He claims they hate that...I don't believe it, but I haven't seen any since (knock on wood).

Marty, I hope your migraines end soon, never to return. From what your mom says, you're a pretty resilient guy, so I don't think you need a whole lot of encouragement. You've got inner strength, and that carries you far. So, keep up the good work and once the migraine stops, you'll be off and running!
