Personally I can't wait for 2012. I don't believe it will be the end of the world by any means but it does look like several things are predicted to happen, like solar storms, galactic alignment, etc. it will be interesting to see how they pan out and if they will have any affect on each other, nothing to worry about in my opinion though. On a side note I think people fear the terror and pain they would face if the world were to end cataclysmically more than they fear the death, I mean everyone dies sooner or later anyway.

Sometimes knowledge is better left in one's head . . . unfortunately even if your wise enough to realize that, there's going to be someone with the same knowledge dumb enough and arrogant enough not to care . . . it's a lose lose situation

While I guess it doesn't completely meet the criteria because fire played a part, 171 people died because people stampeded to get out. At the time the doors opened inward and so when fire broke out people were crushed against the doors in the panic, preventing everyone from getting out. As it states . . . entire families were wiped out, people jumped from windows . . . tragic.

Hmm, well some of those "it is" don't make sense. And I'm not reading the whole list again but I know there were several areas that were pretty bad but they were in the first half so it turns out they weren't even yours to begin with. But even so . . . no, I'm horrible with grammar, lol, just because I say someone else is too doesn't mean I'm judging them for it.

Well . . . if that's the case . . . then I would think he probably wrote like that on purpose and is having a good laugh. But I doubt it, I'm currently reading his memoir and I'm not sure he'd be able to get through writing a list so grammatically horrible as this (I don't judge, my grammar is just as bad).
