<title>Michael Hyatt Blog : My Advice to New Graduates</title>
<link>http://michaelhyatt.com/2010/05/my-advice-to-new-graduates.html#IDComment72886696</link>
<description>As a new graduate myself, the advice I would give is to not go into your future thinking that you are entitled to anything. I have learned that success in the workplace is completely different from success in college. I myself thought that I could breeze through everything and succeed at it beyond anyone&amp;#039;s expectations, but quickly found that it really does take a lot of hard work and working up and building from the ground up to achieve success and to really have the impact that you desire to have. It takes a lot of patience and humbling. Thanks for the great post! </description>
