Well, any candidate has to file a statement stating that they are eligible to the SoS. so, if Mr. Williams challenges Cruz, won't the SoS just ask for a birth certificate? In which case, he could be declared ineligible, as there is a precedent in George Romney and Barry Goldwater.

My hope is that, since Cruz now has "standing", Democrats will go "birther, like they did with Barry Goldwater and George Romney. Hopefully, that will end in a final Supreme Court ruling.

I think Arpaio needs to know exactly who forged the docs.
